In this custom quilting class, Maria works with various skill levels to teach you how to make beautiful custom quilting with minimal measuring and ruler work. Learn how to draw from your own skills and other sources to create unique background fills and density changes for a greater 3D effect. We also discuss dealing with difficult areas on a custom quilt.

Did you decide you want to do some custom quilting, but don’t know where to start? Our very own amazing Sharon Lacey will help you take your freehand skills to another level. You will learn about various marking methods, templates and rulers, stitching in the ditch, fillers and more. All materials are included.
